We tempered this one warm and forgiving, a milk shell with a slow melt. Inside, blackcurrant ganache turns sharp just as you settle in, like running into her in a stairwell you both swore you'd never use. The finish is sweet and unresolved — curtain down, lights still on. Some stories never quite took the goodbye.
